Die Cut Delights is a family run business and the majority of die cuts are cut to order.
I aim to dispatch as soon as physically possible after an order has been placed...often this will be the same day or the next day, however I would ask when you place your order to allow 1-2 working days...at busier times this may be slightly longer.
I will always email you to say that I have received your order and when you can expect it to be dispatched. I will then email you again to say that your order has been dispatched.
If you need to return anything for any reason, please contact me in the first instance. Returns will be accepted up to 14 days of your receipt of order and a refund will be issued providing the item has been returned complete and unused. If you would like a replacement rather than a refund please let me know.
Please note that postal charges are non-refundable.
Lastly...please feel confident to buy from me. I have until recently had an ebay shop which I have sadly had to close due to the rising fees being charged.
